Civil Service Exam – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) was conducted by CSC on August 4, 2019 (Sunday) at testing venues located at National Capital Region (Metro Manila), Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), CARAGA, Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Southern Tagalog Region (MIMAROPA/ CALABARZON), Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN.

As mentioned in the main page of this article, civil service exam result August 2019 (prof level) will be published on or before October 3, 2019 (Thursday). Meanwhile, the specified release date is not final as CSC may also release the list of passers earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.

August 2019 Civil Service Exam professional level for both English and Filipino covered topics from numerical ability (basic operations; word problems); analytical ability (word association – identifying assumptions and conclusions; logic; data interpretation); verbal ability (grammar and correct usage; vocabulary; paragraph organization; reading comprehension) and general information (Philippine Constitution, code of conduct and ethical standards for public officials and employees RA No. 6713, peace and human rights issues and concepts, environment management and protection)

During the conduct of CSE-PPT on March 2019, Donna Rizalyn Leus from Southern Tagalog ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 87.03% followed by Daniel Geslani from the National Capital Region having 86.94 and Glaiza Escamos from Western Visayas having 86.89%.
