The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the summary performance of schools and the list of top-performing schools in the July 2025 Environmental Planner Licensure Exam (EPLE) two (2) working days after the exams.
The Environmental Planner board exam was conducted on July 24-25, 2025, at testing centers in NCR, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Rosales. The Board of Environmental Planning Chairman, Michael T. Ang, and members, Corazon B. Cruz and Roque M. Magno, headed the licensure exams.

Top Performing Schools
PRC recognizes the top schools (colleges and universities) in the July 2025 Environmental Planner Licensure Exams. Below are the top-performing EPLE schools with 15 or more examinees passing and an overall passing percentage of at least 80%, as per Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058 (C) series of 2017, courtesy of the PRC.
Performance of Schools
The performance of schools for July 2025 EPLE in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981, otherwise known as the PRC Modernization Act of 2000, Section 7 (m), or “to monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”
Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the results of the July 2025 Environmental Planner License Exam will be released on July 29, 2025.
However, the release of Environmental Planner Board Exam results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the August 2024 EPLE, results were released after two (2) working days. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Environmental Planners’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The online access to verify Environmental Planner licensure exam ratings and test results will be available within a few days of the results being posted.
All exam takers can check their passing rate on the official PRC website using the Verification Page.
To initiate the verification process, examinees who passed the exam must provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to participate in the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oath-taking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
