The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the summary performance of schools and the list of top-performing schools in the July 2026 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE) two (2) working days after the exams.

The Real Estate Appraiser board exams were conducted on July 7, 2026 at PRC testing centers located in the NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao. The Board of Real Estate Service is headed by its Chairman, Hon. Ofelia C. Binag, and its members, Hon. Maria Teresita B. Canlas (Inhibited), Atty. Cecilynne R. Andrade and Hon. Jessie B. Doctolero.

Top Performing Schools

PRC recognizes the top schools (colleges and universities) in the July 2026 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exams. Below are the top-performing REALE schools with 20 or more examinees passing and an overall passing percentage of at least 80%, as per Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058 (C) series of 2017, courtesy of the PRC.

Performance of Schools

The performance of schools for July 2026 REALE in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981, otherwise known as the PRC Modernization Act of 2000, Section 7 (m), or “to monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”

Release of Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 series of 2025, the results of the July 2026 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Exam will be released on June 9, 2026.

However, the release of the CPALE results may vary, occurring earlier or later than the estimated date. During the November 2025 board exams, results were released five (5) working days after the exams. We recommend bookmarking this page and following us on social media for the latest, most accurate result announcements.

Schedule of Registration

The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Real Estate Appraisers’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these dates:

Date(s) of Registration: Starting August 24, 2026

PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:

Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
One (1) short brown envelope

PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Verification of Rating

The online access to verify Real Estate Appraiser licensure exam ratings and test results will be available within a few days of the results being posted.

All exam takers can check their passing rate on the official PRC website using the Verification Page.

To initiate the verification process, examinees who passed the exam must provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Oath-Taking Ceremonies

All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to participate in the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.

Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.

Online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the oath-taking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
