The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the list of top-performing schools and a performance summary of all schools in the May 2025 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Exam (CPALE), five (5) working days after the last day of exams.
The Accountancy Licensure Exam was conducted on May 25-27, 2025, in testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The Board of Accountancy is headed by its Chairman, Noe G. Quiñanola, Vice-Chairman, Samuel B. Padilla, and members Gloria T. Baysa, Thelma S. Ciudadano, Gervacio I. Piator, and Maria Teresita Z. Dimaculangan.

Update as of June 3, 2025, 3:00 PM: PRC confirmed that the results will be released today, June 3, 2025. To quote,

Previous Update
Based on the official schedule outlined in PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the PRC targets June 3, 2025, as the release date for the May 2025 CPALE results.
However, examinees should note that this date is an estimate, and the actual release of the LET results may occur earlier or later depending on the PRC’s timeline. For context, the results for the December 2024 CPALE were released six (6) working days post-exam. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Licensed Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):
- Date(s) of Registration: Starting July 9, 2025
PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oath-taking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
Verification of Rating
A few days after the official Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) results are published, successful examinees can verify their ratings online through the PRC’s official website.
To perform the PRC online verification, navigate to the dedicated Verification Page and provide the necessary details: specify the examination name (Licensure Exam for Teachers), the date the examination was held, your application number, complete first name and last name, and your date of birth. This process lets passers confirm their board examination results and rating directly via the PRC online system.
