The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the performance of schools summary and the list of top-performing schools in the October 2025 Fisheries Professional Licensure Exam/ FPLE, three (3) working days after the exams.
The Fisheries Professional licensure exams were conducted on October 9-10, 2025, in testing centers nationwide, including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao. The Board of Fisheries is led by Chairman Westly R. Rosario and members Catalino R. Dela Cruz, Carlos C. Baylon, Gerald F. Quinitio, and Joebert D. Toledo.

Performance of Schools
The performance of schools for the October 2025 Fisheries Professional licensure exam in alphabetical order, as per R.A. 8981, otherwise known as the PRC Modernization Act of 2000, Section 7 (m), or “to monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation.”
Release of Results
Based on the official schedule outlined in PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the PRC targets October 15, 2025, as the release date for the September 2025 FPLE results.
However, examinees should note that this date is an estimate, and the actual release of the Fisheries Professional board exam results may occur earlier or later depending on the PRC’s timeline. For context, the results for the October 2024 FPLE were released one (1) working day after the exam. Schedule of Registration
The schedule for online appointments to obtain the new Licensed Fisheries Professionals’ Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on these date(s):
- Date(s) of Registration: Starting November 24, 2025
PRC advises online registration through the official website at https://online.prc.gov.ph/. Follow these steps for online registration and ensure you have the following requirements ready:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
A few days after the official Licensure Exam for Fisheries Professionals results are published, successful examinees can verify their ratings online through the PRC’s official website.
To perform the PRC online verification, navigate to the dedicated Verification Page and provide the necessary details: specify the examination name (Fisheries Professionals Licensure Exam), the date the examination was held, your application number, complete first name and last name, and your date of birth. This process allows passers to confirm their board examination results and ratings directly via the PRC online system.
Oath-Taking
All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM on the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to participate in the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking ceremony. Once confirmed, the schedule will be posted on the official website.
Passers may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction.
The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
