According to PAGASA weather update issued at: 4:00 AM today, 12 September 2017 ,
At 3:00 AM today,the center of Tropical Depression “Maring”was estimated based on all available data at 150 km East of Infanta, Quezon (14.8N, 123.0E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65k m/h. it is forecast to move West Northwest at 11 km/h. Meanwhile,At 3:00 AM today,the eye of Typhoon “Lannie”was located based on all available data at 1,145 km East of Aparri, Cagayan(19.7N, 132.4E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 145 km/h. it is forecast to move West Northwest at 26 km/h.
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Benguet, La Union, Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Northern Quezon including Polillo Islands, Rizal and Pangasinan will experience rains with gusty winds.
MIMAROPA, the rest of CALABARZON and the rest of Bicol Region will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains with thunderstorms. Visayas and the rest of Luzon will be having cloudy skies with light to moderate rains with thunderstorms while Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies apart from isolated rainshowers.
