MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang Palace through Proclamation Nos. 523 to 525 series of 2018 declared July 2, 4 & 10, 2018 as special non-working days at selected areas due to celebrations of various important events.
Special non-working holidays are specifically declared on the following dates for the celebration of respective occasions. Likewise, classes and work cancellations shall be observed.
Proclamation No. 523 – Special non-working day in the City of Pasig on Monday, July 2, 2018 for the celebration of its 445th Founding Anniversary
Proclamation No. 524 – Special non-working day in the City of Cadiz, Negros Occidental on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 for the celebration of its 51st Charter Anniversary
Proclamation No. 525 – Special non-working day in the Santa Rosa, Laguna on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 for the celebration of the 14th Anniversary of its conversion to a component city
Palace said that it is but fitting and proper that the people from above-mentioned cities be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasions with appropriate ceremonies.
