MANILA – The list of the top 10 examinees/top notchers in the March 2023 Civil Service Exam (CSE) – Professional Level is posted on this website as the Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases the full results on June 9, 2023, seventy-five (75) days after the administration of exams.
The Civil Service Exam was conducted on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at testing centers from all CSC regional offices, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON/MIMAROPA, Bicol, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, SOCCSKSARGEN, CARAGA, Cordillera Administrative Region and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Release of Results
According to the CSC’s official announcement, the March 2023 CSE results for professional and subprofessional levels will be released on Friday, June 9, 2023.
OCSERGS Verification of Rating
The March 2023 Civil Service Exam rating can be generated approximately fifteen (15) days after posting official results.
It can be accessed using the Online Civil Service Exam Result Generation System (OCSERGS).
Those who pass the exams should verify with the CSC Regional Office the Certification of Eligibility (CoE) availability. Representatives are not allowed to claim the CoE.
Claiming of certification will be available approximately thirty (30) days after the posting of results.

Kailan po lalabas ung Topnotchers result?
If you cannot find your name in the list of passers, it means you failed po and you cannot find your name in the list of topnotchers either. Retake na lang po tayo. Hanggat may 500, wag mawalan ng pag-asa.

Sa pagkakaalam ko po yung nasa Top 10 ay nasa list of passers din. Bale kinuha lang yung may mga pinakamataas na rating. So, technically kapag wala name mo sa list of passers, wala ka sa top 10.
It’s sad that others here who are not on the list of passers still hope they are in the top 10 of top notchers. The list posted on June 9, 2023, are the list of passers. This means if your name is not there the more it is not included in the topnotchers list. Sorry. I have to break this to you. It just hurts me to see some hopeful individuals here. Please don’t get tired of trying. Take the exam again.

89.71% ang pinakamataas na nakita ko sa mga nagpost.
Parang marami na ko nakitang nasa 90+, highest ay 92.43 ata, di ko alam kung joke lang yun pero mukang seryoso naman. I think puro 90 pataas yung top 10, umasa pa naman ako kasi nasa 89 yung sakin haha
