MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has cancelled the September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE) in Baguio, Iloilo, Pagadian, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
Meanwhile, the conduct of Real Estate Appraiser board exam at other testing locations including the National Capital Region (NCR), Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legaspi, and Tacloban will proceed as scheduled.
The September 2021 Real Estate Appraiser licensure exam will be conducted on September 22, 2021 by the Board of Real Estate Service headed by its Chairman, Ofelia C. Binag and its members, Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag.
Several board exams scheduled on first and second quarter of 2021 were cancelled and re-scheduled (see below) due to COVID-19 pandemic. However, there were also licensure exams that pushed through following a strict health and safety protocols imposed by the commission. Among are the board exams for Medical Technologists/ MTLE, Social Workers, Veterinarians and Physicians/ PLE.
