The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Board Exam, conducted by PRC Board of Accountancy (BOA) released the official results 5 working days after the examination.
Karim Gonzales Abitago from Universal Colleges Paranaque topped the examination having 92.17%. She was followed by an alumnus of Cor Jesu College, Kimjames Sarapanan Manalo, garnering 91.83% rating. Below are the top 10 examinees in the May 2016 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination. The list consists of the rank number, names, college or university they came from and the rating.

Updates before the release of results
CPA is among the programs with average number of examinees being handled by the Professional Regulation Commission. Just in the previous examination, October 2015 CPA, 5, 468 out of 13, 317 passed or overall passing rate of 41.06%. The results were released 4 working days after the last day of examination. An alumnus of Colegio de Dagupan, Ralley Soriano Paragas topped the exams having 92.86% rating.
In May 2015 CPA Board Exam, 35.78% overall passing rate was recorded. In 5, 959 examinees, 2, 132 passed. The official results were posted online 3 working days after the last day of board examination. Eunice Millicent Ong Li from Chiang Kai Shek College ranked first in the board examination having 92.29% rating.
Being at the top 10 of the CPA examinations a big reward specially that it becomes a stepping stone for fresh grads to easily apply for the profession.
Release Date
While most examinees kept on asking about the possible release date, as quoted from the main page of this article, it will be out on May 23, 2016. But these dates are just target dates; chances are it may be released earlier or later.
