SELE Results 2023 are out! PRC announces that 198 out of 318 successfully passed the January 2023 Sanitary Engineer Licensure Exams. The results were released on February 2, 2023, two (2) working days after the licensure exams.

In previous releases of other 2022 board exam results, PRC posts from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM, while the recent SELE results were posted at 6:00 PM. Based on PRC Resolution No. 1439 series of 2021 entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2022“, sanitary engineering board exam results will be available within two working days.
The Sanitary Engineering board exams were conducted on January 30-31, 2023 and February 1, 2023 at PRC testing centers located at NCR, Davao, and Rosales.
The January-February 2023 SELE was conducted by the Board of Sanitary Engineering headed by its Chairman, Engr. Corazon Delos Reyes-Romero and its members, Engr. Graciano B. Calayan, Jr. and Engr. Anthony Jerome M. Lara.

PRC recognizes the top 10 examinees with the highest examination ratings in any of its administered licensure exams. Below is the January 2023 SELE top 10 examinees/ topnotchers, including the school they’re from and their rating. The list is courtesy of the PRC.
Performance of Schools
Below are the top performing schools with ten or more examinees passed and at least 80% overall passing percentage, as per Commission Resolution No. 2017-1058 (C) series of 2017, courtesy of PRC.

Schedule of Registration
The schedule of online appointment for issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the new Sanitary Engineers will be held on the following date(s):

Initial registrants are advised to register online via PRC official website via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the steps in online registration. Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Two (2) pieces of passport-sized ID photos in white background and with complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamp
- One (1) piece short brown envelope
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
The verification of ratings and test results for the sanitary engineer licensure exams given by PRC Board of Sanitary Engineering will be available online few working days after the posting of results.
Successful takers can refer to PRC official website and use the Verification Page to know their board examination passing rate.
As posted, a passer shall only provide the exam name, the date of examination, the application number, first name and last name and the birth-date.
Oath-Taking Ceremonies
PRC has started conducting face-to-face oath-taking for new professionals.
All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 NN of the day before the date of the oath-taking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance. The exact date, of whether the oath-taking will be conducted face-to-face or virtual, will be provided here once announced.
Further, inductees shall bring ANY of the following on the day of the oath-taking:
- Vaccination Card
- Negative RT-PCR results taken within 48 hours before the oath-taking
Inductees are advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals.
Meanwhile, those who will not be able to attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oath-taking may attend the online oath-taking or request for a special oath-taking.

Sanitary Engineering Board Exams Summary (Stats)
Sanitary Engineer licensure exam is one of the programs with fewer examinees conducted by PRC.
During August 2022 SELE, 67 out of 189 examinees passed the exams. Mapua University Manila was the lone school in the top performing schools’ list with an 83.33% overall passing rate. Meanwhile, no topnotchers were recorded.
On January 2022 exams, 89 out of 177 hurdled the exams. Marc Noblen Guzman De La Cruz from Mapua University Manila ranked first in the exams garnering 83.80% followed by Robert Jacob Landicho Tolentino from National University – Manila having 83.43%. Mapua University – Manila was the top performing school having 94.44% overall passing rate.
On August 2021 exams, 112 out of 189 examinees passed. Delwin Tan Yu from National Unviersity – Manila ranked first in the exams garnering a rating of 83.87% followed by Raheemah Acosta Gomez from Mapua University – Manila having 82.30%. Batangas State University – Alangilan was the top performing school having an overall passing rate of 84.31%.
