  76. Hi, regarding the initial registration, I took the exam in Bicol and now I'm working here in Manila. I tried to book an appointment in NCR offices but there are noa slots available, only in Bicol branches has slots. What can I do about this? I will have to travel about 15hrs just to go to bicol. If I set an appointment in Bicol, does it require personal appearance? Thanks.
